For the "Various immunosuppressive, antineoplastic, and antibiotic drugs function by interfering with nucleotide synthesis:" listed. Look up the disease or the type of patients they are used to treat.
Leflunomide - inhibits dihydroorotate dehydrogenase
Mycophenolate and ribavirin - inhibit IMP dehydrogenase Hydroxyurea - inhibits ribonucleotide reductase 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP) and its prodrug azathioprine - inhibit de novo purine synthesis 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) - inhibits thymidylate synthase ( deoxythymidine monophosphate [dTMP]) Methotrexate (MTX), trimethoprim (TMP), and pyrimethamine - inhibit dihydrofolate reductase ( dTMP) in humans, bacteria, and protozoa, respectively

Leflunomide is an oral drug that is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Once absorbed, LEF is converted to its active form, a malononitrilamide known as teriflunomide, doses given for rheumatoid arthritis is inhibition of the synthesis of a pyrimidine known as ribonucleotide uridine monophosphate pyrimidine (rUMP). Teriflunomide, the active metabolite of Leflunomide, was found effective in patients with multiple sclerosis and is available for use in that condition
Hydroxyurea is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. Hydroxyurea treats cancer by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in your body through the pyrimidine pathway. Hydroxyurea treats sickle cell anemia by helping to prevent formation of sickle-shaped red blood cells. The most i could get out of this drug is that it really kills the body to stop something else from killing the body.

Leflunomide, the generic name for Avara, is used for the treatment of rheymatoid arthritis, which is a condition in which the body's immune system attacks healthy tissues around the joints. It may also be used to prevent the rejection of transplanted organs as it reduces the body's immune response. Pregnant women should not use this medication as it can cause harm or death to unborn babies. People with high blood pressure should also be wary of taking Leflunomide as it can raise blood pressure. Mycophenolate is an immunosuppressant that weakens the body's immune system to assist patients which have recently had an organ transplanted, such as a kidney, liver, or heart. Pregnant women should not use this medicine as it can cause harm to the unborn baby. Patients which are already immunocompromised, such as patients with AIDS, should be cautious when taking this medicine.

6-Mercatopurine is whose trade name is purinethol is an anti cancer (antineoplastic or cytoxic) chemotherapy drug. the medication is described as antimetabolite. Specifically used for Acute lumphoblastic leukemia (ALL).Has some side effects like infertility, diarrhea, mouth sores (higher dosage).Usually, the drugs work by damaging the RNA or DNA that tells the cell how to copy itself in division. If the cells are unable to divide, they die. The faster the cells are dividing, the more likely it is that chemotherapy will kill the cells, causing the tumor to shrink. They also induce cell suicide (self-death or apoptosis).

Hydroxyurea (Hydrea) is used alone or with other medications or radiation therapy to treat a certain type of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML; a type of cancer of the white blood cells) and certain types of head and neck cancer (including cancer of the mouth, cheek, tongue, throat, tonsils, and sinuses). Hydroxyurea (Droxia) is used to reduce the frequency of painful crises and reduce the need for blood transfusions in patients with sickle cell anemia (an inherited blood disorder in which the red blood cells are abnormally shaped [shaped like a sickle] and cannot bring enough oxygen to all parts of the body). Hydroxyurea is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. Hydroxyurea treats cancer by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in your body. Hydroxyurea treats sickle cell anemia by helping to prevent formation of sickle-shaped red blood cells.
